1896206dc4 (enriched-face-ans): Support FACE of the form 
(:foreground COLOR) and (:background COLOR).
(enriched-decode-foreground, enriched-decode-background): Set the
fore- and background colors of the faces we create, since facemenu
doesn't.

(xbm_file_p): Add prototypes.
(xbm_format, xbm_image_p): Sync with xfns.c.
(reflect_byte): New function.
(xbm_read_bitmap_data): Sync with xfns.c, adapt for Windows.
(xbm_load_image): Create bitmaps with a depth of 1.
(init_xfns): Enable XBM images.

29ad9e5671 (finder-inf.el): Remove. 
(finder-data): Don't depend on finder-inf.el any more.
(compile, compile-always): Handle the case where some files
from DONTCOMPILE are missing (it tried to compile them).
(bootstrap-clean): Use src/emacs only if executable.
(bootstrap): Update subdirs.el and finder-inf.el.
