Use new faces diary-anniversary and diary-time.
(diary-fancy-font-lock-fontify-region-function): New function, to
handle multiline font-lock pattern in fancy diary.
(fancy-diary-display-mode): Set font-lock-fontify-region-function.
(diary-font-lock-keywords): Tweak time regexp.  Use new face
diary-time.
