bbc054a9ab (holiday-passover-etc): Postpone date of Yom 
HaShoah to Monday if it falls on Sunday (as per ammendment passed
by the Israeli Kenesset, May, 1997).

nil.  Do save-excursion to keep from messing up calendar variables.
