Update air skid accel to a higher value to match the previous behavior it had

Prior to this, air_skid() and air_acceleration() ran at the same time, making the effective acceleration in the air while going backwards equal both the AIR_SKID and AIR_ACCEL values, being 4.5. This is changed now for modern mode to reflect this and behave as it did before.
