Removing link to repo, updating website link

Since the repo doesn't have the "patched" json files, I think it would be better to guide people to the website.

Putting the full URL as the site text to make it more obvious.

I ([@Leodium](https://github.com/leodium)) originally started this project, but [@cwmonkey](https://github.com/cwmonkey) has taken it to the next level with significant improvements and better maintenance. I highly recommend using the new version!
