Richard Kistruck f29d976350 Mps example: hwgc02.c: asrt, destroy format at correct time, 
verbose format header, skip, fmtno.h, make_stringlet, collect, 
objects_walk.  Build: fmtno.o, plus -g for gdb.  
At this changelist, demonstrates LOWalk bug: AVER(i < j) poollo.c(465).
