* test/infra/gitlab-ci.yml (variables): Remove GIT_DEPTH.
(.job-template): Set cache:policy to pull-push, as before.  Check
behavior of docker export.
(.build-template): Remove needs and cache.
(.test-template): Remove cache.  Adapt artifacts:paths.
