Chong Yidong 5abc31ef18 Update Search chapter in Emacs manual. 
* doc/emacs/search.texi (Repeat Isearch, Error in Isearch): Add kindex entries.
(Isearch Yank): Document isearch-yank-pop.
(Isearch Scroll): Refer to C-l instead of unbound `recenter'.
(Other Repeating Search): Document Occur Edit mode.

`forms-d2.dat' is an example data file used by forms-d2.el.
