Nick Barnes bfb0d9ddca Remove dongle dependency for release to configura. i actually made the release to configura by ftping the source tree to göran's desktop machine, making a change like this one, making the libraries, and running gathconf.bat. that got him running while i was still there, which was critical at the time. this is my closest approximation to the sources from which we built there.
