(iso-accents-compose-key): Function deleted.
(iso-accents-compose, iso-accents-customize, iso-accentuate,
iso-accent-rassoc-unit, iso-unaccentuate, iso-deaccentuate):
Adapt for new structure of `iso-languages'.
