Martin Rudalics 655a6f35df Fix ispell window handling. ... * textmodes/ispell.el (ispell-command-loop): Suppress horizontal scroll bar on ispell's windows. Don't count window lines and don't deal with dedicated windows. (ispell-show-choices, ispell-help): Let `ispell-display-buffer' do the window handling.
