Gareth Rees 9d22cb3c49 Remove comment following discussion with rb: "assumes pun compatibility between rank and mps_rank_t which is checked by mpsi_check in <code/mpsi.c>" as this is no longer true: ranks no longer appear in the public interface, so their pun compatibility is no longer checked.
