New defconsts.
(tramp-do-file-attributes-with-stat)
(tramp-do-directory-files-and-attributes-with-stat): Use them.
(tramp-convert-file-attributes): Remove double slashes in symlinks.

* test/automated/tramp-tests.el (tramp-test18-file-attributes):
Handle symlinks with "//" in the file name.

This directory contains files intended to test various aspects of
Emacs's functionality.  Please help add tests!
