Sam Steingold 731ab5bce5 make all related faces inherit from each other 
* lisp/gnus/gnus.el (gnus-group-A-B): Inherit from `gnus-group-A-B-empty',
where "A" is "mail" and "news" and "B" is "1".."6" and "low".
(gnus-summary-high-A, gnus-summary-low-A): Inherit from
`gnus-summary-normal-A', where "A" is "ticked", "ancient",
"undownloaded", "unread", "read".
