Richard Kistruck 5fe15eecb5 [bug] [change.epcore.anchovy.160060] Add variety.we (for Release) and variety.hi (for Debug) for MM/EPCore. Also add variety.ti (see also change.epcore.anchovy.160130) Change default build (mmsw) to build we, hi, ti. Also use Targ, to avoid repeating the variety code in the body of each rule.
