Michael Albinus e64666972e * net/tramp.el: (tramp-process-one-action): Remove `with-timeout'. 
(tramp-process-actions): Add optional parameter TIMEOUT.
(tramp-open-connection-telnet, tramp-open-connection-rsh)
(tramp-open-connection-su): Add timeout of 60".
