* INSTALL.android: Explain where to get tree-sitter.

* configure.ac: Add support for dynamic modules and tree-sitter.

* doc/emacs/android.texi (Android Windowing):

(EmacsSdk11Clipboard, ownsClipboard): Improve clipboard handling
