Theodor Thornhill 7fc0eae28f Rename ts-mode to typescript-ts-mode 
* lisp/progmodes/typescript-ts-mode.el: Rename from 'ts-mode' to
'typescript-ts-mode'.  Rename all symbols to match new prefix.
* etc/NEWS: Mention the new mode name.
