* lisp/progmodes/grep.el (grep-expand-template): Add new arg 'more-opts'.
(grep-use-directories-skip): New variable.
(lgrep): Set 'grep-use-directories-skip' to the result of 'grep-probe'.
Use "--directories=skip" when 'grep-use-directories-skip' is t.
