Use ARRAYELTS.
* font.c (FONT_PROPERTY_TABLE_SIZE): Remove.
Replace the only use with ARRAYELTS (font_property_table).
* xfaces.c (DIM): Remove.  All uses replaced by ARRAYELTS.
