* lisp/language/viet-util.el (viqr-regexp): Include escaped punctuation characters, to handle escaped punctuation correctly. (viqr-punctuation-regexp): New defconst. (viet-encode-viqr-region): Backslash-escape punctuation characters matching 'viqr-punctuation-regexp' before encoding Vietnamese characters with diacritics.
