Use bookmark-bookmarks-timestamp.
(bookmark-bmenu-mode-map): Define menu bar menu.
(bookmark-show-annotation, bookmark-show-all-annotations):
Make bookmarks buffer read-only.
(bookmark-bmenu-save): Use call-interactively.
