763ab97aec * make-dist: Copy config.sub, since it's a symbolic link to a file 
on another file system.

22cb290f67 * make-dist: Include lib-src/makedoc.com and emacs.csh in the 
distribution.

	* config.sub: New file, to help us recognize configuration names.
	* make-dist: Include it in the distribution.
