(XMFLAGS): New macro.

(recompile-gmake, bootstrap-gmake, bootstrap-clean-gmake)
(install-other-dirs-gmake, info-gmake, clean-other-dirs-gmake)
(cleanall-other-dirs-gmake): Pass $(XMFLAGS) to sub-Make.
