Add the gud groupname.
(gud-tooltip-mode): Add the tooltip groupname. Move in front
of other defcustoms with that groupname.
(gud-tooltip-echo-area): Add the gud groupname. Remove tag to
avoid conflict with tooltip-use-echo-area.
