8346e08b99 Prevent core dump when connection is lost during frame creation. 
* src/xfns.c (unwind_create_frame): Don't do anything if the frame is
  already dead.

e4a92752ad Fix some aspects of X display shutdown. 
* src/xterm.c (x_delete_frame_display): Call xg_display_close under GTK.
  (x_connection_closed): Don't close the display before its frames are
  deleted.  Protect against the last frame calling the display delete hook.

3dde89595b Close the X connection when the last frame is deleted. 
* src/xfns.c (Fx_close_connection): Move code to x_delete_frame_display.
