87c359749c Set NLIST_STRUCT from HAVE_NLIST_H. Use 
HAVE_STRUCT_NLIST_N_UN_N_NAME, not NLIST_NAME_UNION.
[HAVE_LOCALE_H]: Include locale.h.
(getloadavg) [HAVE_SETLOCALE]: Run sscanf in C locale.

3da4f36796 [hpux && HAVE_PSTAT_GETDYNAMIC]: Use HPUX's pstat_getdynamic so 
we don't need any special privileges to determine load averages.
Patch from Kaveh Ghazi, based on a sample implementation from
Richard J. Rauenzahn.
Indent cpp-directives to reflect nesting.
