Use Lisp_Symbol pointers rather than Lisp_Object.  Adjust callers.
* buffer.c (buffer_slot_type_mismatch): Use wrong-type-argument.
To this end, change calling-convention.

(swap_out_buffer_local_variables): Swap out binding in `buffer' rather
than in `current-buffer' to match the comment.
Do the swap using swap_in_global_binding.
