1aee038180 (cyrillic-koi8-r-decode-table): Map 8-bit 
code not used by KOI8 to the same 8-bit code instead of mapping to
SPC.

801d1cb0e4 (sql-imenu-generic-expression): new, used to set 
imenu-generic-expression.

(sql-mode): Use ?_ and ?. instead of 95 and 46 when setting
font-lock-defaults' SYNTAX-ALIST.  Set imenu-generic-expression,
imenu-case-fold-search, and imenu-syntax-alist.

setting selected_window.
(Fenlarge_window, Fshrink_window): Ditto.

info, resize mini-window to height 1.
