eec2d1ded9 (__malloc_size_t) [__GNUC__]: If STDC_HEADERS is not 
defined, include stddef.h and use __SIZE_TYPE__ instead of size_t.
(__memalign_hook): Make the two prototypes consistent.

5d5e7f5328 (pc-selection-mode): Don't turn on 
normal-erase-is-backspace on a tty.  Instead, bind some keys such
as [delete] directly, like pc-select.el did before
normal-erase-is-backspace was invented.
