   * lisp/gnus/message.el (message-make-in-reply-to): Quote name containing
   non-ASCII characters.  It will make the RFC2047 encoder cause an error
   if there are special characters.  Reported by NAKAJI Hiroyuki
   <nakaji@kankyo-u.ac.jp>.
