Common code from the three files mml-smime.el, mml1991.el, and
mml2015.el is moved to mml-sec.el. Auxiliary functions are added
to gnus-util.el.
The code is supported by test cases with necessary test keys.

When using a lambda expression printer function the user should be
free to format differently a really empty cell, ie. containing nil,
from a cell containing an empty string "".
