94674d18e6 (store_frame_param): Call set_tty_color_mode for termcap 
frames.
(do_switch_frame): For termcap frames, switch the tty
color mode as specified by the frame's parameters.
(Qtty_color_mode): New variable.
(syms_of_frame): Intern and staticpro it.

4f16ea852d (view-echo-area-messages): New function.

Bindings moved here from mule-cmds.el.
C-l binding for describe-language-environment deleted.
Bind C-h like h, to view-hello-file.
(help-for-help): Update for all these changes.
