41a633fff6 tex-validate-region: Hack fix installed in trunk. 
I don't want to put it in the release branch, since I don't think the
tex-validate-* functions are very important, and the sexp motion
commands seem to be used quite a bit in tex-mode.

28c595fb5c "undigestify-rmail-message" is fixed. 
"CVS build" totally unreproducible (I think someone would have noticed
if CVS did not build for 3 weeks...).
