acafeff702 (kinsoku-longer, kinsoku-shorter): Do not choose a 
line break position in the middle of a non-kinsoku (e.g. latin)
word, making it skip until either a space or a character with
category "|".
(kinsoku-longer): Test for end of buffer.

17139abc07 (rmail-convert-to-babyl-format): Detect 
quoted-printable- and base64-encoded messages and decode them
automatically.  Set the message's encoding from the charset=
header, if any.  Decode base64-encoded messages in Mail format as
well.

aef1a2e639 * menu-bar.el (menu-bar-options-menu): Supply a body for the 
[save-place] binding in the Options menu.  Have it require 'saveplace'
and then toggle the variable manually, to avoid an an unbound variable
error.  Thanks to <Sebastien.Kirche@sage.com> for the bug report.

and erase-buffer.

(bookmark-menu-jump, bookmark-menu-insert)
(bookmark-popup-menu-and-apply-function)
(bookmark-menu-popup-paned-bookmark-menu): Remove.
(bookmark-menu-build-paned-menu): Remove by folding it into
bookmark-menu-popup-paned-menu.
(menu-bar-bookmark-map): Move the define-key statements here.
Use the "non-menu" commands since they now pop up a menu if needed.
(bookmark-exit-hook-internal): Simplify.
