e6a782ee1a Update copyright year to 2017 in master 
Run admin/update-copyright in the master branch.  This fixes files
that were not already fixed in the emacs-25 branch before it was
merged here.

aed629d61c Put post-25 ChangeLog entries into ChangeLog.3 
* ChangeLog.2: Copy from emacs-25 branch.
* ChangeLog.3: New file, with changes only in master.
* Makefile.in (CHANGELOG_HISTORY_INDEX_MAX): Bump from 2 to 3.
