* configure.ac: Take option `--with-shared-user-id' and give it
to AndroidManifest.xml.in.
* java/AndroidManifest.xml.in: Substitute that into the
application info.
* java/INSTALL (BUILDING WITH A SHARED USER ID): New section.
* configure.ac: Check for __ctype_get_mb_cur_max.
Then see if MB_CUR_MAX is defined to it, and define
REPLACEMENT_MB_CUR_MAX if so and it does not link.
* java/INSTALL: Update documentation.
* src/conf_post.h (MB_CUR_MAX): Define replacement if
necessary.
* configure.ac: Call ndk_LATE after gl_EARLY.
* cross/ndk-build/Makefile.in (NDK_BUILD_CXX): New variable.

(ndk_INIT): Try to find a suitable C++ compiler.
(ndk_CHECK_MODULES): Make sure the C++ compiler works before
allowing C++ dependencies.
