4b7dd7e2ff (hexl-mode-map): Fix the change of 2001-08-23: use 
make-keymap instead of copy-keymap, since copying the global
keymap messes up the menu bar.

740ef824c9 (dired-move-to-filename-regexp): Allow one digit in the 
numeric month value, and allow the Kanji character after the it to
be missing (happens with ls-lisp's output on Japanese versions of
MS-Windows).

8aee7d4464 (original-make-auto-save-file-name): New. 
(make-auto-save-file-name): New function, overrides the definition
on files.el and calls the original function via
original-make-auto-save-file-name.

1bbdda4d51 (top-level): Require mule-utils when compiling. 
(rmail-decode-babyl-format): Use detect-coding-with-priority
instead of detect-coding-region, to favor detection of emacs-mule
encoded Babyl files written by rmailout.el etc.  Suggested by
Kenichi Handa <handa@etl.go.jp>.

4e1513b594 (comint-send-input): When waiting for echoed input, don't save the 
expected end position in `echo-end', so that things work properly even
if the buffer is modified elsewhere at the same time [this happens if
`comint-truncate-buffer' is used].
