	delimiter with a blank line.

	(message-setup): Use them.
	(message-default-charset): Set default value in non-MULE XEmacsen
	as iso-8859-1.

073f69e6f7 (face-spec-choose): Change syntax so that the list of attribute-value 
pairs is now the cdr of each clause, not the cadr.  Detect old-style
entries, and handle them.  Use pop.

3c1b77ca33 (undo): Correctly distinguish between numeric and non-numeric prefix 
args in non-transient-mark-mode, as per the doc string.  When in

(comint-mode-map): Reverse order of `comint-write-output' and
