3c9359dfe4 First Coccinelle semantic patch. 
* coccinelle: New subdirectory
* coccinelle/README: Documentation stub.
* coccinelle/vector_contents.cocci: Semantic patch to replace direct
access to `contents' member of Lisp_Vector objects with AREF and ASET
where appropriate.
