fa72a6a13a (ispell-menu-map-needed): Check that ispell-process 
is bound since this might be eval'd before ispell is loaded.
(ispell-message): Use a tiny bit less magic and a bit more hard data
to figure out what kind of sc-cite-regexp to use.
