2c78b7e182 (coding_alloc_by_making_gap): Check the case that the 
source and destination are the same correctly.
(decode_coding_raw_text): Set coding->consumed_char and

(produce_chars): If coding->chars_at_source is nonzero, update
coding->consumed_char and coding->consumed before calling
alloc_destination.
(Fdefine_coding_system_alias): Register ALIAS in
Vcoding_system_alist.

(setup_coding_system): Initialize `surrogate' of

inconsistent eol.
(code_convert_region): Always set saved_coding_symbol.
(decode_coding_string): Likewise.  Update coding->symbol when we
encounter a inconsistent eol by the same way as

(ENCODE_COMPOSITION_EMACS_MULE): New macro.
(encode_coding_emacs_mule): Changed from macro to function.  If
a text contains compostions, encode them correctly.
(setup_coding_system): Set coding->commong_flags for emacs-mule so
that decoding and encoding are required.
