58bd26ec77 Adding w3i3mv to mps.c, allowing simple builds. this now works: 
cl /Feamcss.exe /DCONFIG_PROD_MPS /DCONFIG_VAR_CI amcss.c fmtdy.c fmtdytst.c fmtno.c mps.c testlib.c
