Running indent tests changes the global value of
c-ts-mode-indent-style. That's not good. This change fixes that.
I also refactored the indent style functions a bit.

(c-ts-mode-set-style): Use c-ts-mode--prompt-for-style. Use

Fix indentation of the statement right under a label.

Instead of trying to figure out the correct anchor, now we just count
the layers of {} blocks between the node and the root node.
