* buffer.c (Fmove_overlay): Delete an evaporating overlay
if it becomes empty after its bounds are adjusted to fit within
its buffer. Without this fix, in a nonempty buffer (let ((o
(make-overlay 1 2))) (overlay-put o 'evaporate t) (move-overlay o 0 1))
yields an empty overlay that has the evaporate property, which is
not supposed to happen.
* gmalloc.c: (_MALLOC_INTERNAL, _MALLOC_H, _PP, __ptr_t)
(__malloc_size_t, __malloc_ptrdiff_t):
Remove. All uses removed, replaced by the definiens if needed,
since we can assume C89 or better now.
Include <stdint.h>, for PTRDIFF_MAX, uintptr_t.

Note from committer:
I removed the part that adds grp.h to AC_CHECK_HEADERS and
+#ifdef HAVE_GRP_H
#include <grp.h>
+#endif
to src/dired.c, because the latter has unconditionally included grp.h
since 2003, and uses it eg in stat_gname.
* configure.in (AC_CHECK_FUNCS): Add getpwent, endpwent, getgrent, endgrent.
* src/dired.c (Fsystem_users, Fsystem_groups): New functions.

Define GC_MARK_STACK to GC_USE_GCPROS_AS_BEFORE, since that's
no longer the default.
