        and FSRefMakePath to convert FSSpec returned with Apple Event to
        Posix pathname.
        (mac_initialize) [TARGET_API_MAC_CARBON]: Call
        init_required_apple_events and disable the `Quit' menu item
        provided automatically by the Carbon Toolbox.
