825b896acf Fix 13 years old bug#5852 ! 
Sometimes recalculating a cell does not change its value, however it
still have to be written to the data area when the reference list is
changed

(ses-set-formula-write-cells-with-changed-references): Rename test
from ses-bug5852, do not expect failure, and update description.

* lisp/ses.el (ses-jump-cell-name-function): Docstring typo.

* test/lisp/ses-tests.el (ses--cells, foo, bar, B2, toto): Do not
do any outer defvar, but set the defvar only under the
with-suppressed-warnings directive to silence the byte-compiler.

bc511a64f6 Prefer HTTPS to FTP and HTTP in documentation 
Most of this change is to boilerplate commentary such as license URLs.
This change was prompted by ftp://ftp.gnu.org's going-away party,
planned for November.  Change these FTP URLs to https://ftp.gnu.org
instead.  Make similar changes for URLs to other organizations moving
away from FTP.  Also, change HTTP to HTTPS for URLs to gnu.org and
fsf.org when this works, as this will further help defend against
man-in-the-middle attacks (for this part I omitted the MS-DOS and
MS-Windows sources and the test tarballs to keep the workload down).
HTTPS is not fully working to lists.gnu.org so I left those URLs alone
for now.

b048351a0f Add tests for SES, and fix one more cell renaming bug. 
* lisp/ses.el (ses-relocate-all): In case of insertion, do not
relocate value for named cells as they keep the same symbol.
(ses-rename-cell): Set new cell name symbol to cell value --- do not
rely on recalculating.  Push cells with updated data --- cell name,
cell reference list, or cell formula --- to deferred write list.

* test/lisp/ses-tests.el: New file, with 7 tests for SES.
