(gnus-summary-refer-thread): Don't clobber unread articles

This fixes a bug where `A T' causes "random" articles to become marked
as read.

* lisp/gnus/gnus-sum.el (gnus-summary-refer-thread): Make sure
gnus-newsgroup-unreads remains sorted.
