(quail-translation-keymap): Add entry for escape key.

(quail-conversion-keymap): Likewise.
(quail-keyboard-layout-standard): Add two lines for
keyboard layout.
(quail-keyboard-layout): Docstring changed to reflect the above
change.
(quail-keyboard-layout-len): Increased for the above change.
(quail-keyboard-layout-alist): Modified for the above change.
