Add to debug-ignored-errors.

(visit-tags-table-buffer): Clear out buffers holding old tables when
making a new list.
(etags-recognize-tags-table, tags-recognize-empty-tags-table): Use mapc.
(tags-with-face): Use make-symbol, not gensym.
